Lying on the banks of the River Avon, Welford-on-Avon is a delightful and quintessential Warwickshire village conveniently located on the on the borders of Shakespeare Country, the North Cotswolds, and the Vale of Evesham.
Awash with pretty thatched cottages and historic Tudor buildings, Welford-on-Avon has maintained it’s unique character and charm and as a result, holds no less than twelve gold and silver medals in the Warwickshire “Best Kept Village Competition”.
The village enjoys a close community and boasts many attractions including the Cress Hill Picnic Area with stunning open countryside views, the Millenium Conservation Area, the Binton Bridge, and one of the tallest Maypoles in England — making a charming landmark in the village centre.

Junction 15 of the M40 motorway is about ten miles away, and the NEC, Birmingham International Airport and Railway Station are all within comfortable driving distance.
