Once again we teamed up with Ed and Gemma from Heart Breakfast to give five truly deserving children a trip they will never forget… to visit Father Christmas himself, at his home in magical Lapland.
Meet our winners…
We heard hundreds of inspirational, heartbreaking and brave stories and we feel fortunate to help create lifelong memories for our winners – Olly, Lacie, Kyan, Thomas and Cayo.
Meet Olly Meet Olly. He lost his mummy, Stacey last Christmas. She was just 27. This special little boy helps his daddy take care of his 3 younger brothers and is a shining beacon of light for the family. Thanks to Damson Homes, Santa will have the pleasure of meeting this special little man this weekend. Posted by Heart West Midlands on Friday, 8 December 2017
Meet LacieMeet Lacie. This beautiful angel spent her early years in foster care. What’s so special about this little lady, is that she is the one who cares. She helps to look after her cousins who have autism and a rare eye condition, calming them down when they cry, and guiding them through darkness. She deserves the best Christmas ever, and thanks to Damson Homes, she’s going to Lapland to meet Santa! Posted by Heart West Midlands on Thursday, 7 December 2017
Meet Kyan This is Kyan who we have just asked to come to Lapland with us this weekend. At the age of 2, he had a stroke. After learning to walk and talk again, he made an incredible recovery, but about 2 years ago, he started having seizures. They’re so bad, they have become life-threatening. His mum Sonya has made the brave decision to allow her little boy to have brain surgery in January which will leave him with disabilities. Thanks to Damson Homes, Kyan is coming to Lapland, just so he can be a kid and have all the fun! Posted by Heart West Midlands on Wednesday, 6 December 2017
Meet Thomas Meet Thomas. His mummy Alys is just 30, and is an inspiration to all ??. Despite everything else her terminal illness has caused her, her biggest struggle is the fear that her special little boy won’t remember her. This is why they have to come to Lapland ?? thanks to Damson Homes. To create unforgettable, life long memories. Posted by Heart West Midlands on Tuesday, 5 December 2017

He’s going to meet Santa in Lapland thanks to our friends at Damson Homes! Posted by Heart West Midlands on Monday, 4 December 2017
