“All Saints House” is scheduled for completion in the autumn of 2012.
All Saints Road is a delightful tree-lined street with larger, traditional style family homes and therefore offers a rare opportunity for the discerning home-buyer to enjoy not only the benefits a brand-new home brings but also an established, mature setting not often associated with modern properties.
Within the vicinity of the property is a number of amenities including Kings Heath village centre which offers a number of national chain stores and supermarkets as well as a number of restaurants, bars and leisure facilities.
Kings Heath also boast two lovely parks namely; Kings Heath Park and Highbury Park with the former enjoying ‘Green Flag’ status
There are also a number of schools in the area including including Kings Heath Boys’ School, Wheelers Lane Technology College, King Edward VI Camp Hill School and Bishop Challoner Catholic College.

One of our favourite areas to build in! Hall Green is a leafy Birmingham suburb on the border with the Solihull districts of Shirley and Olton; and is hence well located for access to Shirley, Parkgate, Olton Railway Station and a little further afield, J4 of the M42.
Hall Green itself has some great bus and rail transport links to Birmingham City Centre and has two shopping areas on Hall Green Parade and Robin Hood Island.
There is also a range of supermarkets in the area including Waitrose, Summerfield, Aldi and a 24hr Tesco.
There is also a good range of restaurants to choose from, the Raj Monkey opposite Waitrose and the China Garden on the Robin Hood Island in particular as worth at least monthly visit.
