As our keen Facebook fans will have already spotted – another development jumps from the the nest!

Yes, Laurel Court is now officially ‘Sold Out’

We would like to take this time to officially welcome all the new ‘Laurel Courtiers’ to the Damson fold and we hope and look forward to seeing you again in future open days! :)

Laurel Court is situated within easy reach of the centre of Solihull and comprises of a ‘Quad’ of townhouses and a feature ‘Coach House’ to the rear – yes, contemporary living at it’s absolute finest!

So yet again, we wave bye-bye to a Solihull New Build  Development – but don’t worry, just like Arnie – “we’ll be back” in B91 – and sooner than you may think too ;-)

Well we now have carpet fitters in, and the landscaping is really close to being finished! So close in fact, Dave and Ray fitted the ‘Laurel Court’ !!

Yes, yet another fabulous Damson Open Day is coming up!!

And… with a couple of properties still being available it’s a perfect opportunity to see them in the flesh! Stay tunes to this blog for the announcement! (If you’re not subscribed nows a good time to do so!).

This week plenty of brushes went up and down as our decorators paint the walls and stain the doors!
