It’s been cold, cold, cold this week and it appears we’ve been keeping warm by not only doubling or even trebling our efforts but by quadrupling them!
Yes, this is the site that was once bare ground less than 4 weeks ago!
And we are already talking about wrapping this one one up! As we speak to today, our painters will be finishing and bathrooms will be fitted! Rumours of the property being finished before the driveway goes in next week are rife!!
Here’s how the site is looking today…
Well we now have carpet fitters in, and the landscaping is really close to being finished! So close in fact, Dave and Ray fitted the ‘Laurel Court’ !!
Yes, yet another fabulous Damson Open Day is coming up!!
And… with a couple of properties still being available it’s a perfect opportunity to see them in the flesh! Stay tunes to this blog for the announcement! (If you’re not subscribed nows a good time to do so!).

Well, a mere week later we not only have a roof but… we also have stairs, the green-shoots of windows and our chippies have started the first fit!!
