Meet the Team
Dean | Business Manager
Dean handles sales, marketing and legals. A graduate in Land Management and Estate Admin with a wealth of experience in Residential Development and Residential Marketing.
Parimal | Director
Parimal handles all architectural and technical functions of the company together with managing the financial control. He has a vast range of experience in architecture, residential land assembly and land development.
Ray | Director
Ray has always ran his own businesses and is qualified by intensive lifetime experience in all building, construction and management of all trades.
Laura | Office Manager
A young and pro-active go getter who is way ahead of her time in terms of business skills and application of information technology. She has been with the company since leaving school and has been a fundamental factor in Damson Homes’ growth and development.
